Not only did everything go wrong, but these people had the knowledge and power to keep that from happening. 

While scrolling through a gallery of foolish fails can be pretty fun, many of the people featured might not have had the smarts or the resources to do any better. The people in this gallery however had the means, they just didn't have the greens. 

There are multiple rich accidents featured here, particularly involving priceless vintage cars. I would like to point out that while those accidents are avoidable tragedies, I would much rather a car get used as it should and go out in a blaze of glory than sit around and rot in a garage. Other transportation fails feature a German train crash, a plane maintenance error, and a helicopter on a flatbed truck hitting a low bridge. All three of those fails were presumably orchestrated by trained professionals who should have known better. Even the few social media fails here could have been avoided with a quick Google, or in the case of Justin Bieber, and a better PR team.
